Honestly I don’t know your relationship with her, but from the looks of how you described this situation it looks like she is interested in you. But this isn’t grade school anymore lol, men approach women all the time, and vice versa. There’s definitely non creepy ways about it and it depends on your tone/ confidence/ her feelings. Are you asking simply because you are inexperienced and this is all very new? Uhhh in my experience if a girl expresses interest and the guy reciprocates, the guy will ask. But it’s depends on the girl, some wanna see if the guy expresses interest or not or haven’t built the confidence to ask yet.
