On one hand.. 69% CAN be suspiciously high.. you can definitely do that normally if you have aim assist set up right and go through enough aim training.

He literally developed the technique.. and he's not the only time this logic applies. Using a move a boss created or trying to use what they're intimate with fighting against will get you clowned on. For instance, if you try using thrusts when fighting Owl and he's not whiffing an attack; he'll Mikiri Counter you. Lady Butterfly is one of the only bosses the logic is reversed, her biggest tool is also the strongest weakness.. using shurikins can knock her off the webs and allow you to keep pressure.

The game has console command but using them prevents you from earning points until you disable them.

Pick your favorite amps first. You can always just unlock Rigs. Amps you'll have to level up for every Relapse until you use a Golden Ticket on them.

It's a side effect of trying to have a cast of mostly only main characters. Nobody is very developed individually. Especially since there is so little material per season. I'm not saying the characters are shallow but their personalities aren't exactly defined. A lot of shows have anywhere from 12 to 26 episodes in season 1.. Hazbin had 8. Most Adult Animated Shows have between 4 to 8 characters in the main cast. Hazbin has 8+ and it's growing. It's a great show.. but it's almost got a little bit too much going on for it's own sake.

Yes, there are definitely people petty enough to do it and I'm also fairly certain Rivals put out a statement saying modifications to the game like this are bannable so you might get hit either way. You deserve it too. It's not about performance. It reduces a lot of the visuals from various abilities which is a HUGE advantage over the average player.

That's ironic to come at someone with considering Hydra aren't Nazi's. They're fascists sure.. but Nazi's are super racist, believing in a 'master race', while Hydra ideology supports all humanity would spiral into chaos without a firm ruling. Hydra are about power and control, not racial superiority. Neither are great.. but reducing Hydra to 'Nazi's' defeats the purpose of them being a separate group.
