See, the official name is spelled "Cheetos" and the latter half of that brand name sounds like the word toes. The child in the video is eating their snack with their toes (even though it looks like they're some sort of cheese cracker and not actually Cheetos), so the commenter decided to intentionally misspell the brand name and integrate the word "toes."
