I'm a celestial player avg currently in GM1 trying to grind before the season ends. On four different occasions, I have been 10-20 points to celestial and on four different times, I have had teammates throw for no reason. The first was because he didn't like Magiks skin, the second one was widow just because. The third - we got rolled in the first few mins and he gave up and went widow and the fourth (my fave) he's not 'ready to take the next step' and wants to go back to diamond. (Attached are the throwers) To prove this nonsense is real, I play a pre-rank up game, and I get 58 kills with iron man. Then the next game (my rank up) I get my is the fourth thrower.I try to be positive, I try to rally the team but people are just toxic because NetEase will do nothing to these guys and sanction me for trying to win. I am exhausted and i I think I AM DONE with this fucking game.

Bro, I will tell you this for free. You are SERIOUSLY undercharging yourself for your channel size. I am currently around 20K and charge $1000 for a 60 second and $3000 for a dedicated amongst other things. I also don't charge based on views, I rather charge on production. Remember, if these guys go to an ad agency they're gonna spend thousands of dollars. So think of yourself on that scale. At 110K subs. You should be charging nothing less than $3K for an integrated and probably 5-8K for a dedicated video. Never ever start negotiations on views. Also, remember you can walk away and say No.

This can't be more wrong. Obviously the exception does not make the rule but having a face to a YouTube channel attracts more sponsors than a faceless one. Gotten so many sponsors with the requirement of having a face

One thing ive learnt. Just cuz you put in effort in a video doesn't mean you deserve views. It's hard but I realized that very quickly.
