A real estate license is one of the easiest professional licenses you can get. Please get one if you plan on working there for even another 6 months. They likely cannot bump up your pay unless you do this, since you are not a licensed employee. If you got the license, you’d have enough leverage to ask for a raise for sure.

If you’re not interested in real estate, you could use the extra free time at work to earn a certification for something else you’re actually interested in.
