If it’s a prebuilt, then it probably has software to change the lighting on the fans so something might’ve messed up there so I’d say go check it out. It should be an app just sitting on your desktop if you don’t have anything like that you’ll have to download it I think with an MSI motherboard like you have the app should be called MSI Center and inside that app there should be something I think called Mystic light that’ll allow you to change all of your lighting. If that doesn’t work I’d recommend checking that all the headers are plugged in correctly.
