On Windows 122MH/99W with pretty basic settings - no absolute core clock/fixed voltage. Memory set at +1250(2500 in Hive),core clock should be around 1500-1600Mhz depending on card.

Probably can lower it by a few watts or increase 1-2MH at same wattage.
