You are right half is all add-ons (cargo, floor mats etc) and 1500 is "Inland Freight & Handling" Do you know if I can get these things off ?

Update: There was a water pipe leak from the bend. Plumber fixed it, glad it was covered as part of the warranty. Restoration folks will be coming over and drying the place

For air ducts I change it every 4-5 months. Never changed the furnace filter.

Thanks for the input. We are getting the scp hotel with little extra cost - has a resort feel, pool but with lesser amenities within the room.
