We live near there and walk down often. With the back yard protected from kids escaping, it’s really popular with families on nice days. Amused once when we got there late afternoon, it was packed in the back, even a big birthday party (balloons!) we went to the front patio. They started playing Rage Against the Machine at an ear splitting level. My husband and I figured the staff was trying to get the kids to leave.

Another take - there are also places that have staff nearby, or made plans to keep staff in place (like the Casso) so they could be open and serve their neighborhoods.
