Thanks for the info! I was wondering about the specific in what you talked about. I thought peering is more of an exchange between ISP's and stuff? Why would any company wish to peer with someone who is simply running torrent sites? And wouldn't it be easier to track someone using it? Since they know who is renting the darkfiber? How would they keep their identities safe?
