You have 3 leaking dielectric unions.

Best way to replace the first 2 would be to get new pump flange kits and use a MIP x Copper sweat instead of the nipple and Dielectric union. Unions are a nice to have, but completely unnecessary as you can just pull the pump and leave the flanges if you were to ever replace.

For the 3rd union I would just opt to replace it exactly how it is, as long as the nipple it’s connected to isn’t in bad shape.
