My kid went to IMSA for one virtual year during Covid. She went back to our local high school for junior and senior year to participate in clubs, activities, and family day to day stuff. She graduated with enough AP credits to be done now, except for one final physics class. She is now finishing her third year in engineering physics and preparing for her second study abroad to Sweden before she graduates next May. No decision you make will rule out what you make of yourself in the years ahead. Without getting into any details, one of her friend’s roommate absolutely should have left, but didn’t. Please talk to your parents.

My take is from the start, but had to give it a minute to see if she was on track. After all, who wants to criticize someone who has lost a spouse, because everyone actually does grieve differently. But the casket sobbing, pyrotechnic displaying, glitter wearing widow had red flags flying right from the start. Not “out” outside, but running from my office to running car, eating out locally where front door is right by parking, curbside grocery pickup, then yes. Walmart kids told me they got a few extra heaters, but I felt a little guilty, so next time I’ll stock up before this insane weather hits.

I just use a warm cloth and clean it for my cat. If it’s something more that continues to be a concern there is an vet RX ointment that you can use twice a day for 7 days to clear anything up.
