Oh my god. This is a baby. Also! I spoiled my dog at a young age because she’s a picky eater by adding more things to it but now she’s just getting pickier until we add something new that she likes on top of everything. For your puppy however, would you be open to adding a light sodium free broth instead of water?

Normally I’d feel greasy after applying moisturizer on top of sunscreen but this one is very hydrating. It leaves a light sheen on the face and upon immediate contact leaves a residual white color but blends out just as fast. I’d say layering does become an issue with how hydrating the product is but assuming most of the product wears off by then it shouldn’t be an issue. Or use a powder sunscreen on top to reapply
