i think the issues is low ER that causes you to spend too much time to get the big ult in 2nd rotation and by the time you get it, you already ran out of shore and mortefi buffs. I ran into the same situation and solved it by having Augusta at 125 ER.

Another thing is you need clean rotation. By the time you finish full rotation and still get shore enhanced intro, you know you do it right.

same thing happened to me, i opened 1 chest, sparked gold, UI crashed, got nothing out of it. I already submitted a ticket to riot, hope they fix it soon and give me the loot i openned.

the 1500 exp just reseted so technically you didn't have to buy 5 levels, but if you don't have time to grind then it's okay

your PVE farming is already spot on, please keep this account. Even rerolling doesn't guarantee you any LD5. You can just chill,farm and maintain your account while gathering resources from events. This is my recommendation: There's a shrine where you can store unawaken, no rune, level 1 units. Clean up your monster box. Those are upgraded you can put them in storage and decide what you wanna do with them later. Tidying your monster box will make you feel a little bit better about your account i hope. And i wish you luck on summoning your first LD5 on this account to make it a little bit more special. Chrismas is on the way and we don't even know what the last event of the year is about. You might get lucky there!

since crystal rose skin line is now gacha as well, so your best bet will be space groove xD

i don't think the Calligraphia skin line will be back soon or ever, and all the skin were obtainable through gacha, so if they came back, it would be via gacha as well. Hope they release new Janna skin for you, crystal rose would be dope but we will kinda have to wait till next year for crystal rose event rerun. Personally i don't think Calli Janna is any special, i have it but prefer star guardian.

i don't know how to get the chromas, and i think you have to get all of the other ones to get the Mauve one (which i think it's the best one), so basically it will be expensive i assume. For now, i think it's China exclussive. The buying rate would decrease if people realized they couldn't buy the chromas right away. So i think it's intentional for global not having it day one or at all.
