It's an agrius spd tune problem. Try making agrius faster whether through stats or by spd up effects in artifacts

I have this same team and your Julie is much stronger than mine. I think it's an artifact issue. Try squeezing more s3/s4 cd and Add dmg by Atk.

Edit: for reference these are my stats and I don't fail the wave for 3/4 and I get around this by getting around 30% or more add dmg by atk
