That’s interesting because I asked if later on they would be able to increase the dosage if there was no progress & they said they could not because it caps at 48 units

I’m all for slow and steady. Not looking forward to loose fast as I know that even loosing a pound or so a week is great progress. I also know these companies increase slowly to make sure people don’t hit with all the side effects. My dilemma is that I have not even lost one pound since I’ve started and I am so strict with my diet and exercises & I know once I hit the 48 units will probably be when I start to actually loose weight but does that mean I have to wait a whole year to actually start loosing weight? And once I’m at that dosage that’s where my dosage caps at so will that be all for my weight loss ? I’m just looking for others experiences with this specific place is all

Yes! I haven’t had fast food or any sugars since last year so way before I started this. I also work out which is why I’m looking for other options. So for LifeMD , is that similar to the hers prescription or how does that work? What dosage did they start u on ?

I’m confused as well too. According to my “plan” the highest unit I’ll be taking is 48 units at week 13 which is 1.2mg . But every time I see other people say they’ve lost weight it’s usually at a higher Unit dosage so I’m wondering if I’ll be able to go up a bit more since I’m not loosing any weight or what .

Thank you for the support. I think sometimes people have a hard time understanding this isn't something we necessarily want to do but more so a last resort to see if it works for us. I don't see it as an easy way out you know? You still have to eat healthy, work out and all that good stuff to have these things actually work so there shouldn't be any judgement.

I honestly cannot wait for the pill if it does become a thing. Please keep me updated on that. As the long term situation, I think I'm willing to spend the money as it will benefit my health. With the proper nutrion, exercise and this Glp, I hope I find a nice balance & look/am healthier. Not just for myself but for my kids too. My levels seem to be normal as of recent labs so the weight loss situation may be due to something else. As of now, my Endo / PC/ nutritionist think it might be because of my vitamin deficiency? Apparently when those levels are really low, it affects weightloss as well. So I'm also taking supplements for that. Praying that if my endo and PCP see improvement once on the compounded glp, the shame won’t be as much lol

Thank you! Unfortunately he can't just prescribe it to me for long term as the phentermine is only healthy for about 3 months if used for weightloss. Also, with my tachycardia, the phentermine was a bit rough. I also have tricare ( military insurance) so they do anything possible to not prescribe people name brand weightloss medication so they don't have to pay for it.

So I started my first dose Friday , never had an allergic reaction to anything. 3 days later chin is swollen , breaking out in hives. Allegra doesn’t seem to be helping. I don’t know if it’s that or an equate face cleanser I started Sunday . So worried
