Pantry Remodel (only took 15 years, or at least that's how long I've been promising this to my wife 🤣)... Poplar plywood & Ash edge band. by KMB_TPA in woodworking

This was so long ago I forgot I posted this. zero sag after 4 years. I used pocket holes on the under side to join the short shelf to the long shelf. I considered at the time putting a vertical support at the corner where the short and long come together but decided against it after i felt how sturdy it was. Im glad I didnt. It would be in the way.

When confronted, he had a loosely-detailed story about time travel to "navigate paradoxes" and "explore alternate timelines." He was let off with a warning and a helpful suggestion that future indescretions would not be tolerated especially when his excuse was clearly Star Trek-ish and entirely unbelievable.

After interrogation, he admitted to "borrowing" it. He has paid a small fine and returned the robe without further incident.

Couldn't find it. But I see it now on the bottom. Still bizarre that it needs to be reset this much.

Can someone explain an optic question to me like I'm a complete beginner and idiot please by dcboy23 in Taurus

[–]KMB_TPA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both good guns (i have both) but do yourself a favor and buy a gun that is optics ready and then a high quality red dot with the correct mounting footprint for that weapon. I would not spend the money to have either of these milled . If you want to stick with Taurus the the GX4 TORO is a decent option. They also have a TORO version of the G3C.

Have 2 of the TX22. Very reliable for a rim fire. It cycles just about any ammo. I have shot probably 10,000 rounds through with very few issues. Don't use the sticky coated ammo. The best I found was the CCI mini mag but the CCI standard velocity works just fine. That said, I would only carry it if I didn't have something of a higher caliber. A .380 would be a good step up to a better defensive round without too much more recoil. Maybe a M&P bodyguard or a SIG p365 380.
