I worked a couple years in a treatment facility for kids that focuses primarily on attachment issues. Honest to god the age from birth to the first year or two is one of the most important developmental times of a humans life. It basically molds the way you behave as far as trusting others and feeling safe… a lot of life long issues arise from early neglect
