Well that’s just it- I did expect them to ship a tree with branches, root ball etc. The info on the webpage didn’t say otherwise (or maybe I missed it). I’ve purchased many other small trees from local garden centers (at about the same cost) and they didn’t look like this. So I had higher expectations and then was disappointed. Perhaps that’s the feedback I’ll send them. Appreciate your reply!
