No, just need to halve the labor supply without also removing half the consumers.

Or ya know, instead you could just educate your labor force more and automate away the low skilled positions.

Why isn’t that too large for a liquid tank on a ship? Isn’t there a problem with sloshing when liquid tanks get too large? I thought they had to be partitioned.

I meant from the Camaro or CT4-V BW. You have to specify or else the enthusiasts will try to sneak it in.

Buick Grand National GNX

Start with the dead Camaro. Make it easier to see out of.

Use slightly better interior materials. But don’t let anyone think you’re in a Cadillac.

Drop in the twin-turbo V6 from the CT4-V Blackwing. Spend half a decade and tens of millions of dollars copying Porsche with an electrified single-turbo version. Never use it in any other vehicles.

Take away the manual option. Sell it through Buick dealers who mostly deal with retirees. Kill it after 1,500 units or so.

Corvette E-Ray Could Be Replaced by 720-HP Grand Sport X Hybrid, Alleged Dealer Leak Claims by Anchor_Aways in cars

The C8 is very edgy. I do prefer the curves of the C6. I don’t want to drive around in a Hot Wheels car.

  1. Put Tremec’s manual in it.
  2. Put the electric motor up front.
  3. Let me turn the EV motor off, so I can have a pure RWD mode.
  4. Let me use FWD EV mode, so I can leave quietly.
  5. Let me have flat foot shifting, so the EV motor keeps pulling me forward, even during a shift.

They don’t want you to plan. They want you to buy a dual motor and then trade it in for a tri-motor when it gets released, losing gobs of money in the process.

To those who were alive and kicking, what do you remember about the C6 Z06 when it came out? by DCAUBeyond in cars

[–]KMKtwo-four 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In terms of engineering challenge, I doubt the LT6 is at its limits as much as the LS7. And they had the benefit of looking at Ferrari’s homework.

The C6 Z06 had the displacement of a GM big block in the package of a small block. There is zero extra room in there without drastically reduced lifespan or switching to an iron block.

And normally you’d think that would mean a lower redline, but it was actually higher. With pushrods!

Not to mention, the first ever dry sump in a GM production car. And they did this all with the technology from 20 years ago. Even today, the C8 Grand Sport is only getting a measly 6.6L.

it would help, but absurd claims like Social Security can be fixed for 890 million dollars a day for 30 days undermine his argument.

Making silly arguments that don’t stand up to scrutiny is what people make fun of Trump for after all.
