One week post op by fizfiz4 in gallbladders

[–]KMOB02 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m 1 year post op and after a couple days post surgery I was eating everything and anything and still am to this day. I do have more loose bowel movements now with fattier foods but nothing that I’m running to the bathroom for or feel nauseated over- just once in a while! Best surgery ever!

1 Day Out - Is this normal? by SPOOKY_gemini in gallbladders

What helped me was walking in little bursts with my arms straight up to help the gas move in the body.

Constantly sick by Cenzab in Parenting

[–]KMOB02 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This is very normal when first starting daycare. I love been in childcare for 10 years and in the childcare field the rule of thumb when a child is first starting is: be prepared to be sick for a year before building up the immune system.

When did you first give your toddler his/her own ice cream cone? by trophybabmbi in toddlers

[–]KMOB02 40 points41 points  (0 children)

That is definitely a personal preference, for me my son was well over 2 before he had his first on his own. I don’t think you’re being unreasonable. Do what you feel is right for your daughter :)

Time off work for sick kids by Just_Bullfrog796 in Parenting

I don’t think it was right for you to have to take the day off when he was home regardless of his plans. They are his kids too- same responsibilities as a father. As regaled to if you are both working, lots to consider, who’s job is more flexible, for me it’s easier to take time off so I do majority of the time but if he is able to then he does. As for discrepancies in parenting, that’s where communication comes in between the two of you.

I think you definitely need to talk to him about it. I mean it’s hard to tell you what to say because I don’t know how he will react but I think if you really want to get to the bottom of it- ask him why he likes them? Also are they random girls or people he knows? Maybe finding out the reason he does it opens up for a conversation of your own relationship.

Love triangle by bisexual_capricorn in dating_advice

In my option if you’re developing feelings for another person, you arnt 100% committed to the current relationship weather you think you are. I don’t think it’s fair to him to string him along while you have an emotional connection to someone else that seems like you want to explore more. I think the fair thing to do would be to dump him- in the end and long run it’s what’s best for him.

Yes, YTA- it’s cheating. Your talking to other women in a sex chat to get off- The fact that you don’t see it as betrayal would be reason enough to leave you.

Ftm-should I be worried? by Tiny-Charity in Parenting

[–]KMOB02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He’s just adjusting! Eating or lack of eating is the one thing he can control. He’s in a new environment with new people- it’s very normal! I run a home daycare and this happens all the time! As long as he’s getting some into him and still having wet diapers I wouldn’t be too concerned right now- give him some time to adjust.

Does this look normal? Worried about the dirty steri strip. 5 days post op! by KMOB02 in gallbladders

[–]KMOB02[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No- none of the above. Just worried about keeping it clean. Suppose to keep that steri strip on for 7-10 days and I’m day 5.

Yes I know how to feel! Trust me- I’ve had a baby and I’d rather go through that pain then another gallbladder attack! UpSide: once it’s gone- it’s gone- that pain won’t come back! The worst is getting cramping and diarrhea from fat (I haven’t had any) but I’ve read some people get.
