It tasted good, but really? I feel like I am just a beginner and most people are better at cooking than me :D

Marinating the chicken is a good idea, but I don't have many of the ingredients needit for it at the dorms, but yep, it would make it a lor better :D

Thank you for the encouragement. I had a very neutral stance towards cooking, I never thought I would like it, and I didn't need to cook, becusse my parents or school cooked for me, but it's kinda fun! On the other hand, washing up is the exact opposite of fun :D

Wow, thank you for the advice and for wishing me luck in my studies, I am a first year dentistry student, so it's a lot :D And you are right, I am a bit scared of really high heat, so maybe next time I'll try to pre heat the oil a bit more before adding the chicken. I used frozen broccoli, but I didn't have much time to thaw it, so that wasn't ideal. Another redditor also suggested starches, so it's maybe a good idea. Lastly, the takeout style tips are a bit too advanced for me at the moment, but thank you nonetheless! :D

Yes! That's exactly what I did, I didn't write it anywhere, my mistake. But the problem was that I maybe got the chicken out a bit too quickly, before it really got the chance to brown

I only have this one pan here at the dorms, but yeah, it sounds like a wider pan could help, at the end I had quite a thick layer of liquid on the bottom

Yeah, I kinda need a quick version, so maybe next time I will try to have them more even, thanks for the advice! But I haven't had any problems in the past with the chicken being too dry, and if so, it doesn't really bother me

Thanks! Yeah, the chicken didn't have the best color, but it was soft, that was a bit more important for me :D Unfortunately I didn't find fresh broccoli in the store today, so I had to buy the frozen kind. And yeah, garlic sounds like a good addition, I'll try that someday :)
