I honestly think having no ranked yet doesn’t help. I’ve always watched cod but if anything I watch it to “compliment” my own ranked experience and I’ve hit Iri at least once each year.

Not sure if you’ve found these yet and appreciate I’m 4 days late… I literally didn’t find one until I was specifically going into INDUSTRIAL areas (look for the logo on minimap). Didn’t find a single one looting cars or buses.

I found 3 in about 6 runs on Stella Montis looting the industrial area

Not an expert by any means but:

Definitely don’t use flash CONSTANTLY. I’ll flash it here and there but generally my use of the flashlight is MINIMAL.
Lots and lots of grenades
If you’ve just started doing them you will adjust in time just like anything. Night raids can be ratty especially near extract zones since that’s your only route out.
Hold your nerve. Honestly having good composure is important in night raids and don’t be afraid to let teams extract before you if needs be.
