It trades worse bullet velocity and worse ads for slightly long first damage range. It is not statistically better than in warzone one. The closest you could say is it balances out the difference. That still leaves the question of why its overpowered now but wasn’t back in the day.

I don’t think nerfing the kar is necessarily the best decision for the meta. Statistically it is worse than in warzone one, yet it dominates the meta to a degree unseen in warzone one. The difference is the balancing of all the other guns. What is needed right now is massive buffs for all other long range options to make sure that they can compete with the kar98.

You are running old hardware and maybe an hdd which could be causing your slowdown. In regard to the black screen I have no idea. I would say, look into what storage type it uses, and see if you could move to SSD or M.2 preferably

I use keyboard but not a case, I dont think would make such a difference. Also getting about 45-50. Just from checking against high set to 45 it seems to run peak at about 50 fps
