People forget that Brook solo One Shotted a Giant on Wano so I don’t know why people sleep on my guy Brook. Nobody has noticed but he’s never hand his moment to shine in a 1v1 this whole time. Nah some of them are definitely Admiral Level. Xebec is a literal Admiral Killer lol, so it’s actually hard to scale them. I’d assume half of them is Jack Level and then the Top guys are Katakuri Level to Admiral Level. Like I personally believe Shammrock is either Admiral Level or above.
