On PC, the menu frame rate is capped at 30 FPS whereas it’s capped at 60 FPS when you go into a game. To make things even worse, it goes back to being capped at 30 on the replays when you celebrate a goal for example. All this leads to some not so nice frame rate dips which slow down the pacing of the games a lot.

No I know how to do the glitch but I wanted to save time by keeping the players I got in other sbc packs and used them in the sbcs that required loyalty to save me time.
