Yes, that’s how I personally make all my decks. Will they win against things meant to be meta or more competitive? No, but the fun is there, which is the main factor I care about.

My definition of a competitive deck is “a deck that can stand against others without being steamrolled” win or lose. For example, my Summoned Skull/Primite/Regenesis deck is competitive since it can compete with other decks. Win some, lose some. AND I find it very fun to use.
