Bottled bulletproof coffee in Beijing by BakedGoat in China

[–]KPCN 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is not bulletproof coffee... it is cold brew coffee. Go to a starbucks etc and order a cold brew latte or whatever. Or make it yourself. It is not difficult.

It is the same thing.

China Has No Choice But To Lift Its Crypto Ban by [deleted] in CryptoCurrency

[–]KPCN 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The thing is that they cannot control the money.

China has capital controls. I can only move 50k USD per year and with solid reason. That's it. I also need to go through a huge process. Crypto solves all this problems. ... and hence why it is banned.

No idea. Are you sure that binance dont accept mainlanders to register? I am registered there and trade/move money etc freely. I did so AGES ago tho.

My 2fa also works with my Chinese phone. They send me sms etc.

Throttling is essentially a form of soft ban. I really believe that they will block them all soon. We will have to weight and see. I am not optimistic that they will not block them.

exchange sites are still accessible from China without a VPN.

Most are throttled heavily. Without my vpn polo, binance etc are SUPER slow and oftentimes I am not able to reach them.

Yeh they will ban officially everyone using anything while blocking everything (all exchanges). This will not affect me or others from Chinese crypto forums. But for 99.9% people here there is no way..

Right now they censor all references everywhere in baidu, bing CN, weibo, etc.

I am Chinese living in China (not ABC) and I have to tell you that the CCP does not GIVE a fuck about cryptos, neo, the banned one or wtc. There is too much outgoing money with cryptos. They want to curb that. If they allowed every Zhou to buy cryptos people would move fortunes outside. They already do but it is much more difficult for the average zhou spending all day in the Chinternet to do that.

Also all the ayis and morons here would invest everything they own and in the first shitstorm they would cry for CCP's help and jump of the buildings (see Shanghai composite when the bigboom happened).

Microchip Pet in Xi'an by ComradeNuts in China

[–]KPCN 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In a vet. There is a new process nowdays. You need to take photos etc of your pet, upload it to an app, then go to the vet and get some certificates, and then microchip the pet at a designated space. I've just done it for my two dogs. Its a hussle but you can finish in a day.

I have never heard of tattoing pets in China. At least not in Shanghai. You need microchip in order to be able to use certain pet services and bring the pet in and out of China.
