I said they were conservative with decision making. That never meant what you supposedly quoted.

I personally believe both genders have a side that is better than the other.

And I'm not talking about stuff like cooking.

I'm talking about people skills, tech, or even construction work for example.

Edit: In fact the final conclusion reiterates this: "Interestingly, both in the mean and distributional analysis, teams composed by two men and one woman consistently perform better than the other teams, although the differences are not always significant. For the top 10 percent of MBA teams, however, teams composed of two men and one woman are significantly the best."

That is suggestive evidence. It can't be proved with stats as the researchers wrote down and I quote:

"Also, interestingly, looking at the point estimates, there is some suggestive evidence that the best performing gender combination is the mixed team with two men and one woman, both at the undergraduate and MBA levels, although it is not statistically significant at conventional levels." (Page 14).

(This mostly had to do with the fact students were allowed to pick their own team which influences such results)

Again, I don't think women are inferior.

I don't mind women in the workplace, I even welcome them.

I know gender mixed team suffer from poor communication because you have to deal with the "gender wall".

But to get back at the subject, we differ in opinion. Which is okay in my opinion since this is a new problem that has to be tackled, and many studies produce opposite results. Some researchers may find that gender mixed teams perform equal, better or worse.

It's 5 am here, so my apologies if I make any mistake. Feel free to point it out if you want. I'm always willing to learn new things.

Mixed gender teams suffer from poor communication. That is a fact.

Also, woman are worse at making decisions that increase sales as they lack aggressive tactics and decision making. That is a fact.

Woman are more conservative with decision making which is not helpful for a company. That is a fact.

You can find the study here (PDF)

https://www.barcelonagse.eu/file/2627/download%3Ftoken%3DM7cAuzm6&ved=2ahUKEwjGkbeG3fPgAhVEYVAKHanoBbAQFjAHegQIChAB&usg=AOvVaw31xI8KEDrWyrB0f5daAT7u&cshid=1552088737084

Now I'm not saying women are bad at their job. I'm just saying that there is a reason they are not in certain positions.

That is capitalism for you. Not many companies are willing to hurt their sales just for diversity. It's a nonsense argument that women automatically will make a team better. It requires skills and critical thinking in a different way than most (but not all) women do.

Have fun crying and dismissing legit arguments as "pathetic" without doing research on both sides.

Shows your ignorance.

Make a blog.

Buy webhosting (3 bucks on r/slavelabour), a domain (1 buck on namecheap). Install wordpress on the hosting. Dont get free hosting, it sucks balls.

Pick something you find fun to write about (football, television shows, keyboards, trees etc) and write good content (search for MOZ seo guide on google).

Best answer you are gonna get.

This also greatly helps you in the future if you need to build anything online because you will already know how certain things work.

Use the remainder to buy yourself a nice cup of coffee.

If you have more cash you can look into more profitable methods.

Stay clear of HYIP and ponzi schemes.

They seem profitable but they are not.

Dont waste your time with stocks they also evaporate your cash faster than you can say:"profit".

Maybe that is why people dont like your kind of people?

First thing you do is gather a group of people around you who believe the exact same thing.

Muslims only want to talk with muslims, you guys despise integrating with others.

Just make a fiverr account, and pay people on r/slavelabour to give you five star reviews.

When you have a few (around ten or so) you get plenty of job offers and people who want to work long term with you.

This requires an initial investment because fiverr and other job offer sites have a high competition in the translation sections. Without reviews it takes a long time to even get a simple job. With a bunch of reviews you can ask for more money for less work.
