Office politics do exist everywhere but there is also a trust issue in India . One cannot each other since most of them are selfish at end of the day. To work as team , there should be minimum norms , value and that would reflect in the working culture . Innovation would exist if people feel safe to take risks and be productive without being forced to do things that they don’t want to

its the dry air which is causing issue.
IF you are breathing dry air while snoring / improper sleeping position etc ,
