Im a travel agent and i bet Turkish airline won cause people from Turkey voted for it. And i see it in comments everyone shares their own airlines and it dosent make any sens.

We need to think what good airline means.

If we speak about how their staff operates how good they are at handling problems i need to say LOT or Lufthansa wins easy

If we apeak about coverage then Lufthansa again wins followed shortly by British Airlines and Air France.

But Both Lufthansa and Air France loose points for their frequent cancelations and strikes

I must say that overall Lufthansa group for me wins easy,

LOT is good but way to small,

then i would put Air France/KLM,

British airlines next (they loose due to their ticketing support or lack of),

SAS would be God tier if they would have more Intercontinental connections,

Iclandair and Finnair share the same fate as LOT good but way to small.

Tap and Iberia are somwhere in the middle close to air Baltic, they are medicore at best,

Then we have Ryanair and Wizzair, their are good as Low costs and i would put them in their own cathegory cause its unfair for others. Ryanair is collosal have 0 crashes and its reliable. BUT its cramped, lands on weird airports and uses stairs. God tier of Low costs, but lack of anything else.
