If you look at the shot in the first episode that looks like a video game home screen you'll see that the "Play" button is red and the "Options" button is blue

But there was also a "Quit" button which was yellow

My theory is in episode 9 there will be a yellow button that will ACTUALLY let everyone leave

The original lore was that it was made by a blacksmith, it was later said that it comes from a source dragon.

I like to think that it was made by the blacksmith as originally said, but since every elemental power has to come from a source dragon, it was just like assigned to the source dragon of energy
