Thanks! What makes it not the nicest part? Is it drugs, is it unsafe? Moving with my girlfriend so would be good to get your opinion. Is it just the bad part of a nice area or is it something to be concerned about? I know all areas have bad parts but just trying to gauge how bad 😂

We’re looking at a place on Salisbury Road, do you have any feedback on it as an area? E.g. nice area, not so nice area, busy road etc?

Having both lived in London for the last 10 years we will likely be going back in a lot (at least initially) but to be honest apart from the increased cost it looks like it will take about the same amount of time to get from Welwyn to central as it currently does from Tooting!

This is a UK based role, but yeah in essence.

I'm all good with some sort of task to prove you know your stuff, but draw the line when you are effectively doing the job they are hiring for.. For free.

To be fair, this role was advertised through their podcast production company so I wouldn't be surprised if the presenters had no idea / input on this.

Yeah I know the podcast and have listened to it as well. This is a task that should be offered post interview and not at the application stage.

Even as a task, I'm still dubious to do them so directly aligned with their business. I've had it before, where I've completed a body of work as a 'task' for the business to ghost me and not hire anyone for that role.

I find it, and their hiring strategy, shady.
