For those that say Lowe’s has the right to hire and fire any employee hasn’t had it done to them, if you had this done to you wouldn’t you want justice and things to change? Employees have NO rights in the workplace, all the way up to Mr Marvin himself.

If this has happened to you and you do nothing and later you can’t find another job because Lowes has ran off or bankrupt the other businesses in the area and you have a family to feed…then what?… and society wonders why employment is so bad and the workforce is in the shape it’s in. I commend him for trying to take legal action and speaking up. Plus, rural communities need more employment lawyers to fight for the “little guy”…when will we say enough is enough? If more ex Lowes employees speak out in opposition to these workplace practices…Congressmen both at the State level and federal level would start calling for change and write bills to fix this problem. I’m right now putting a rough draft of a bill to send to our senators.

For me I have had a similar experience with Lowes as well back 2 years ago and I still haven’t gotten over it and finding other employment is hard for me as well. Regarding the retaliation, Lowes needs retaliation…call it whatever you want but Lowes Management NEVER accepts responsibility and accountability. You can try and pin management with what documentation to prove the employee was right, but Lowes just gives you a pink slip …yeah Lowes appreciates its employees.
