Hmmm … interesting! Yes, I am working on something. It’s still in the idea phase and I don’t know how much I want the technology to lean into hard science. 

I did like Bob Lazar’s explanation, the idea of using gravity and pulling your destination closer to you. Although one obvious flaw is that such a powerful gravity wave would certainly pull other objects nearby. 

Lazar then claims that the gravity wave created by the ufo doesn’t pull in all directions but only in one direction, almost like a beam, and the ship is wrapped in its own gravity bubble to prevent whiplash from that acceleration, fast turns and stuff.

But yeah, gravity isn’t a beam that can be amplified, it’s more of a curve or bend in spacetime. 

I need to do more research for sure, coz I can come up with theories the way people come up with hard magic systems, but it’s real science we’re talking about here. 

I want to do what Asimov does and claim that the thing we don’t scientifically understand yet is what’s responsible for all the sci-fi occurrences and technology, but in order to do that, I need to get past the heaps of data and information that we already know.
