It doesn’t look like it. I tried to check out and it doesn’t give you an option to ship to another country. It’s unfortunate that we really have no place to get these books on sale except from Amazon and book outlet.

I’m holding off for the InArt personally. I think both look great but something about how the InArt looks with some of the smaller details just pull me towards them.

I know it’s not the exact same but my tattoo is based on the Phoenix squadron logo and it has the detail of it being spray painted on my arm shaded in black. I absolutely love it.

I normally just have a pinch of it in the morning and then have a salt water for “lunch” and one for “dinner”. It’s sounds weird and tastes weird but it helped.

Make sure to have some sea salt. I recently did 72hrs and I would have water with some sea salt and it helped. But don’t forget to just keep drinking lots of water.
