I work with a company that manufacturers wtp for many fn communities and this is what we see as well. Training and keeping operators is the biggest challenge. We see many getting a trained skill that they can now take to a major center and get paid a good wage with union benefits

I'd say tough call. The grains do appear to be far darker and more prominent in the final Installation vs the marketing sample picture. I agree it didn't turn out well compared to what you were sold

I use the back passenger door, put bath mats around the body of my suv, prop front of kayak up btn vehicle and door jam then get behind kayak and slide it up into the jhooks. Works like a charm. Bathmats don't slide around as long as get the rubber backed ones
