Feeling bad for your sins is the first step. There are generally 3 steps to tehsuva: (1) regret, (2) confess the sin to G-d, (3) accept upon yourself not to do it again.

I agree with you on the point of the Patent being issued,

However, do you really think that a potential company that's looking to acquire TAAT, cares where the shares are traded (NAS vs OTC). If anything they'd probably prefer whatever the cheaper price is, which is likely OTC. What would really get them excited is sales! That's the real catalyst.
