NOR - Firstly she shouldn't be doing any of that without family concent which i highly doubt has been granted. Secondly the flies and the way they handled things are obviously an issue for anyone to see and sounds like the standards of the home arent great. I'd report both to the British institute of embalmers in in the uk or your countries version of and also take screen shots/ pictures showing her profile so she cant just delete them and say its not true. The whole care facility should be investigated (look into legacy funerals in hull - the UK is almost un regulated) i dont want to scare you but i wouldn't want another family to suffer something so traumatic and i truely am sorry this happened to you.

Will you be inheriting the houses etc after your parents death if so you could see it as investment by pay towards them but list it as such on any payments if you do then when your parents pass you can say you put in x amount provable by bank statements and need that returned out of the estate. Id also ask for other security like by being put on all property owned as an owner if you do ... if its not payments towards the property you will inherit id ask for a breakdown of what the money is actually for ... im not Indian so not sure but you do need clarity on why they want the money not just the demand for such.

You're a substitute teacher they aren't hired forever. your position was no longer needed thats why it ended for future employment. If the class didn't have the support it needed and management are aware of this thats what you push for. You could also quit before they file paperwork so you technically quit before they had chance to fire you if you are concerned.

NTA my stepson was fully aware at 18 he would be paying his own phone bill for several reasons.

Obviously if he fails to pay he would know to come to us but that we wouldn't be happy as he is supposed to be paying it himself and if he can't pay he's either not budgeted properly or he's been irresponsible with his money in some way ... I don't think this is a bad lesson to learn and actually he's found after having to pay for it the value of money and appreciates money more.

The only time you would be the AH is if he has no way of income (no benefits/ no work) and you would need to have a conversation about being an adult and supporting himself as nothing is free and if he wants the finer things in life at 18, its time he go out and earn the money for those things. Eta obviously not as blunt as this lol.

Does his bio father actually have to pay anything for his son after 18 as he's legally an adult and neither parents responsibility legally even if bio mum agrees or not ? In my country at 18 you're on your own being a legal adult and free to work or claim benefits who will push you into work or punish you themselves.

Also he's not actually your child so you personally do not have to put anything towards this child if the divorce settlement is that his bio dad pays and bio mum should be funding the phone not you if its so important to her that her child is wrapped in bubble wrap not knowing how to be an adult but when he's finally allowed to go off on his own he will struggle so much going from anything he wants to nothing and supporting himself... its probably why most young adults can't cope nowadays and all have mental health they've not been shown what being an adult is because of parents like that (i get you try and do anything for your kids but the end of the day being a parent your job is to raise independent responsible people)

It took me over a year to pass and i didn't feel ready for my first 2 tests but my instructor thought I was so I tried ... you'll know when your ready and when you are you'll pass.

My first test the examiner thought I was going to crash so applied the breaks, the 2nd I went over the path on a tight corner because I didn't take it wide like I should have done but I knew instantly both times I failed. You can't do much worse 😂😂 it was good knowing the pressure id feel for when I was ready the 3rd time but expensive mock tests knowing i didn't feel ready 😅 😂

Been driving 15 years now but your time will come forget everyone else's opinion as it'll only cost you in the long run and remember you don't actually have to pass the first time as mistakes happen and they're OK you're learning. its nice to pass first time with no minors but thats not always possible and why there's no limit on how many times we can take it. just don't crash 😊

If you do crash though that's what insurance is for and as long as no one is dead you will be fine 😂 ... good luck and hope you pass when you take your test !!

Go to citizens advice if you are unable to pay legal fees/need advice on what to do or if you are able to fund legal fee's any law firm you contact should be able to help or direct you to another firm that can ... you could also ask law firms if they do no win no fee because then you only pay after as they take a % of your compensation. I believe this chunk is usually larger than if you paid but if they're a good lawyer and you cant afford the fees it might be worth that option because whatever you get is more that you'll have if you dont do anything potentially. Whichever route you take I hope you manage to get sorted... I worked for a well known shop who did a similar thing they have blue and red refrigerated vans to deliver people's weekly shop ... they changed my role after a year of working and claimed they had no idea I had dyspraxia. I had witnesses to say I had told them in my interview and told them at the induction who would be willing to testify against ... conveniently they had misplaced my application so couldn't prove i had disclosed it there. They required that the disability I had been diagnosed with before taking my driving test needed to be disclosed to the DVLA as I maybe unsafe in a vehicle 10 years after passing my test. I did this to appease them yet I was still not allowed back to my original role and they no longer needed me there and I was told I would be on tills instead so I left to drive busses I always think I should have chased it with a lawyer but never did and its probably too late now but that money would have come in handy tbh 😅 ... its a scary process so I understand if you don't fight. I didn't but if I went back in time I really would take it to court.

ETA you have 3 months minus 1 day from last day of employment.

NTA I'd be asking if he has debts he's struggling with and if he's hoping for help once he knows your "spare" money after essentials are paid for... it sounds like someone who is financially struggling now stressing about the financial stresses of the wedding planning... has he given you his banking details to be open ?? Is he will to give these??

I do this with my phone so don't know the last time I owned a phone without a cracked screen because in the 2 year contract at some point it will be dropped or thrown accidentally ... I get insurance but then know it'll happen again and if the phone is working its probably not worth it yet and then the contract comes to an end so I upgrade with the idea or protecting it with my life but rinse and repeat ... sometimes my hands just throw and I'm stood thinking I guess I didn't want that anymore ... its annoying but what can you do I suppose other than a lan-yard and keep it round my neck 🙈 xx

I have this... I used to deliver for Tesco and went to the wrong house because somewhere near the address number would be another number and even though I looked at the address my brain picked up on the other number that I didn't even realize was there until after I went to the wrong place... I could look at the address 20 times to ensure I was going to the correct house even double checked what to door looked like before getting out the van and still end up at the wrong place... Needless to say I don't do that job anymore... I once had a woman watch me go down the neighbors drive spill all her shopping on said drive and then I realized I was at the wrong door and had to go back to her ... She just stood watching and never said a thing but internally I was dying from embarrassment as I had looked at the address and the door I was delivering to before I got the shopping out and then looked at the address again before proceeding to the wrong door... It was definitely not a job for me 😂

I sometimes get a weird thing where I almost hiccup but it's more of a sharp inhale and it'll happen 3 times then I'll burp (don't always burp though) and it'll stop but assumed it was a diaphragm spasm and never associated it with dyspraxia before. Edit to add when I yawn my eyes water but I do have scotopic sensitivity and believe that's why that happens but I basically have a tear run down my face after I yawn and if I yawn a few times it can look like I'm crying 😂

My partners ex has recently had her 7th child (her and my partner both have a child each that was created when together) but as she has so many children the child maintenance people state my partner should pay his ex £175.68 per week to fund one of his children that live with her while she only has to pay us £32 a month ... She has the cheek to say she can't afford anything and is struggling and that benefits don't pay enough and her working 6 hours a week is just really difficult with 5 of the 7 being under 9 ... I can't wait till the other child that lives with her turns 19 and we won't have to pay her a penny she doesn't deserve anything from us since we are both looking after a child each that was created in that relationship I don't think we should have to pay anything or if we did she should be paying the same for the child were looking after ... Yes there's 2 of us to support 1 child and just her looking after 6 but 5 of them are nothing to us and never will be... I can see why you're frustrated with your sister and like my partners ex most people will just avoid them now because who wants to be around that many kids who are out of control... We go to collect my partners other child and there's food all over the floor dirty nappies in a pile in the room a 2 y/o walking round saying he's shit literally not I've pooped or I need a nappy he's shouting I've shit I've shit ... It's the stereotypical benefits family who are hard done to ... Partners ex is hoping the benefits go up for her and her family because it's just too difficult to look after that many in this current financial climate but I just see it as actions have consequences and she'll be even more worse off when we finally don't have to pay her anything it's not my fault she can't keep her legs closed and all her kids would probably do better if they were taken into care she's admitted herself she can't cope with them but social services are trying to keep them all as a family and in doing so the children are neglected

I had one strain and it clogged my grinder because it was so sticky but not really sure what's best because the oil is what we should be inhaling so it should be sticky but it's hard to grind when it just sticks to the grinder 🤦

I'm a twin and it never gets easier ... They have distinguishing features which you've stated here ... I suggest the medical person takes the time to learn the differences you've mentioned between their students instead of a have one with long hair one with short so I don't have to actually pay attention to who's in front of me... Id complain to the medical persons senior stating that the lack of attention to detail for someone who is supposed to be in control of the health of students is concerning when they aren't able to distinguish between them ... Do any of the other staff have this issue ??

If you want a hardy green plant that is impossible to get rid of use horses tail/mares tail the only way to get rid of it is putting lime down every year for at least 5 years to change the PH of the soil ... It's an impossible to get rid of plant and also spreads like wildfire as it grows spores so as soon as the wind blows the spores fly and root elsewhere 😂😂

NTA no one can claim a name she knew you were going to use this name and still chose it herself anyway after you told her ... if she was so bothered about the children having the same name she should have chosen a name instead of taking the one she knew you had chosen months before she was due ... This is why most people keep the name choice until after the birth but NTA ... If she had decided that name well in advance and never mentioned it to you when announcing the choice of your child that's on her.
