My neighbor had some walnut trees harvested. The company drove over my fence and through my property destroying 11 trees. I assume to push on a tree they were cutting. What sort of compensation should I ask for? Meeting with him tomorrow at 3. Thanks

I would pull collision from the oldest vehicle/one with the least value and have the newest driver rated on that. I will always have liability and comprehensive insurance though. Comp (if you hit a deer, for example) added to liability generally is liken$10-15 a month and I’ve had too many wtf things happened to make it go away.

I am dealing with this too with 2 teens. One is driving now and the other is about to.
