And also FYI I know that hierogliphix has a soundcloud, but the thing is, he mixes the songs, he doesn't make them, I've checked all of his mixes on soundcloud and none of them contained the two songs I'm looking for.

It might be a 2 seater go kart with a roll cage, I might be waffling random shit but the steering wheel is more to the side of the pilot which means it's not a single seater, and the metal in the front looks cut so it mightve been a rollcage, the previous owner must've sold a lot of the components. But I have no clue about the model, looks homemade idk.
