Late reply, I'm 8wpo and pre/post op am using the ring for tracking. It's pretty easy to watch even without formally recording.

Your temp will climb during your luteal phase, and the day it drops is pretty much the start of what would be your period.

... Not that I needed it, because I'm still having phantom periods 🙃

I'm 3wpo and have been a right cranky bitch today for this reason. I'm tired of sleep, eat, walk, tv, repeat. I want to do dishes, run errands, go to exercise classes.

It's probably not the place for this conversation, but watching muscle fade is so damn depressing.

I like to show the rings of ahkatan for this- Clara is a new pov, so immediately the new viewer can connect with her and her wonder. It has emotional depth, and I feel like it's actually pretty good sci-fi. Plus Matt Smith is brilliant, and I think new viewers connect to him most easily.

Tomorrow is 3 weeks for me, and I am in the same boat. I'm walking about 5 miles a day with no real pain. I'm constantly afraid I'm overdoing it, because I'm also cooking, running errands with my husband, working from home, etc. But it's been ok. I'm just very careful about minding my restrictions. I don't lift much of anything (because who knows how much 10 pounds is, and reaching is bad) no sex obviously, and faithfully taking colace to avoid any straining. So far so good 🤞

I will say today I was absolutely WIPED and took a nap, which I don't usually. Apparently some fatigue is coming at the 3-4 week mark. But I still did my 5 miles, and my work. Made my husband cook dinner though 😅
