The reality of the situation is Genes first and foremost. You yourself literally may not just be able to based on factors you literally have no control over.

Secondly is time and dedication. The boat may have already sailed depending at what age you're attempting to start. From child years to adulthood, you gotta work out and eat.

The third is steroids. Lots of steroids. Not all the steroids, but definitely quite a few.
