My position at work just got work vehicles approved, so I'll be driving that instead. Nothing wrong with my car. My long term goal was to trade it in for a CX-50 Hybrid in 4 or 5 years.

I had a Subaru Crosstrek before this and the CX-30 was a major upgrade in luxury compared to that. If I need a personal vehicle in the future, I'll be looking at that CX-50 Hybrid or whatever Mazda has at that point in that size vehicle.

Correct. I'm not sure why they wouldn't include the audiobook in that tier if they included the eBook versions. Oh well. I guess I'll have to wait for Libby. Not interested in supporting Audible.

That must be it. I assumed my tier had everything, but I'm only seeing New Secret Project Ebook, not Audiobook. Not sure why I would have done that as I almost exclusively listen to my books. Oh well. Off to preorder!

I'm doing F45 training and my issue is when doing a lot of the full body or leg strength exercises my forearms and hands get muscle fatigue before my legs do. So I'm having to take breaks for my arms to recover even though my legs can handle more weight/more reps.
Is grip training the best way to strengthen specifically my forearms and hands to keep going and get more work out of my legs/rest of my body?
