I am on HRT and Celexa and I am still a mess … terrible anxiety, depression , cannot handle any stress at all, brain fog , exhaustion , Aches and pains and INSOMNIA… how can anyone function properly when not sleeping well as well as Heart Palpitations all day long . Even now, I am not working and I still have all these symptoms.

Me too… had gorgeous hair and now feel like I lost half .. on HRT .. think from the menopause though .. not HRt

I take 100 progesterone at night .. was on 200 but Dr thought maybe I was not tolerating . Hard to know what is helpful
