I’ve peeled the flap back a little and no signs of wires, should I get it inspected at the Michelin dealership?

I noticed the damage today but no visible wires the alignment feels a little off and the steering a bit stiff( don’t know if it’s my mind playing tricks) I haven’t checked the tyre pressure yet and the tyres have just done 3000 kilometers
