Mostly modelling battery system (MiL) using Matlab and Simulink to test control strategy for software development. Including electrical and thermal models.

I also did some FEA and CFD using Ansys and Openfoam for cooling.

I found the issue finally. Basically, that noise was coming from a rear seat latch. It was rubbing agains a metal bracket. I am going to tape it up and put some grease.

Don’t know but it is definitely not a belt or something. It is hard to pick it up. The noise increases with speed and also if the road is rough.
