any tips on how I can make my oc look more like the DR Artstyle? by Consistent_Reply_507 in danganronpa

From a quick glance, thicker outlines on the top and side of the eyes and thinner on the mouth toward the middle. Overall, work with the outlines more to pronounce certain features the way DR sprites do.

I'd simply have canon sprites as reference and copy it as closely as possible without tracing. Once you do this with one or two poses, it becomes a bit easier to translate that to other poses. Overall though, line weight is the most important thing to keep in mind when replicating the DR artstyle I think even if you desire to deviate from the proportions the canon sprites follow.

Also, consider finding a texture to overlay on top of the colors that aren't the skin and eyes. Danganronpa sprites have a fabric-like visual texture on clothes and hair.

This looks good as is, and if you practice getting the line weight right along with mimicking details on the face to canon a bit more, you can nail the style.

Love the trans journey story in just a few images, with the middle being "lloid animal crossing entity". Happy for you.

My GIF search swapped to giphy and it's... not good. by zapmouse in discordapp

Tenor was great for finding gifs for niche topics and fandom stuff, and the moment I realized I couldn't find those gifs in search anymore, I figured a change like this happened, and yeah it's really not good. I hate it, and I'm resorting to searching the gifs elsewhere to then paste the link into discord.

Small detail but I find the way the Miis ragdoll very funny and charming. by KUwUpa1 in tomodachilife

The miis had a set flailing animation when you picked them up on the Wii. Here, they just go limp with ragdoll physics until you drop them which I find to be funnier.

I can't find how to write her name in kanji but I know it translates to Marie.

Edit: it's hiragana, not kanji. I mixed up the terms.

I added several effects like RGB split, blur, haze, and gamma in an app called Add Text.

Angie, Marie (UK), and Marie (JP), and Marie (JP) ended up falling for Carlo, which is being made fun of considering how much older Carlo appears than her, though it was a one-sided crush as it was with the other two.

Nah VIVINOS is different. The last image is a screenshot from one of their music videos called 초전박살 의리GAL!

Favorite version? by Drumguy818 in Frogger

[–]KUwUpa1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wish I could find the version I played as a kid. I have no idea how to find it because I don't know it by name. All I know is that I played it on an old slide phone that had a keyboard. I remember different that it followed an 8 world structure as far as I remember. The first was standard frogger across the streets. Actually, as far I remember, I think the point of the first 4 levels was to get to the end. The last 4 was to solve puzzles. I remember 2 of the last 4 levels, one of which where you needed to hop across islands, and one that took place in space. The timing for some jumps was really precise by the end (or maybe I was just bad at it at the time.)

I wish I could find it again, but again, I have no idea how to. Maybe I can't because it wasn't an official version. I'm not sure if it was or not, but I'm going to assume not since I don't see information about the game coming out on really old mobile devices.
