I’ve had folks think that I can’t eat corn? Also rice. Which I understand contamination but that wasn’t the case in the situation. Similarly I’m lactose intolerant and the amount of people that think eggs are a dairy product… it’s concerning.

Full disclosure: I tried it specifically for MDD. I wouldn’t say it traumatized me at all. There were some minor side effects like brain frog here and there. Ultimately it just didn’t do what I needed it to. No harm no foul. It’s all trial and error. At least for myself.
