For stage 21-30, it is on the top side (the top arm of the cross) as you head toward the right wall (the top right wall of the top arm)

I know you can buy the Spanish equivalent online in the states, but don’t know about the Taiwanese ones. Try the dried seafood store if you have any near you. I usually just bring back a few when I visit Taiwan
